This delicious wild raspberry INVIGOR8 shake is full of energizing and healthy ingredients. Wait until you taste this one.


1 serving Triple Chocolate Brownie or French Vanilla INVIGOR8
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
2-3 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
