This pumpkin pie smoothie, made with banana, pumpkin, cinnamon, and French Vanilla INVIGOR8, has numerous health benefits and tastes delicious.

Pumpkin is not only high in vitamin A, which is good for eyesight, but is also high in fiber, which aids in weight loss. Drink this after a big workout for fast muscle recovery.


1 serving of French Vanilla INVIGOR8 Nutritional Shake
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (or 1/2 frozen banana)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
4 small ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Top with a bit of cinnamon. Enjoy!
