Mango Surprise INVIGOR8 Smoothie

Mangoes are one of the most popular fruits all over the world. Loved for their sweet tropical flavor, they also have immense health benefits, including fighting cancer, alkalizing the body, aiding in weight loss, regulating diabetes, helping digestion and cleansing your skin. Mangoes make a great addition to your INVIGOR8 nutritional shake.

The addition of avocado and lime juice in this recipe make for a filling and refreshing shake!


2 scoops of INVIGOR8 French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie Shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1/4 cup of cubed mangoes
1/4 cup of ripe avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon of lime juice
2-3 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
