Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

2 scoops of Triple Chocolate Brownie or French Vanilla INVIGOR8
1 cup water or nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1/2 cup fresh or frozen bananas
1/4 cup smooth or crunchy low-fat peanut butter

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
