Vibrant Blueberry INVIGOR8 Smoothie

Blueberries are a handful of health. They’re a food for the brain and offer so many other health benefits. Add a handful to your INVIGOR8 shake to start your day off right!

Recipe:

2 scoops French Vanilla or Triple Brownie INVIGOR8
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
2-3 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
