Healthy Red Velvet INVIGOR8 Smoothie with Beets

This is a great treat for Valentine’s Day! A diet rich in beet juice can help lower blood pressure and improve heart health.


  • 1 serving Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8
  • 1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
  • Banana, blueberries and chopped red beet
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes

Add a handful of slices of banana, blueberries and chopped red beet. Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets.  Enjoy!
