Peaches are a summertime staple and provide a great deal of nutrients, with few calories and no fat. Peaches are a healthy way to fit in one of your daily servings of fruit, and since they are only 68 calories each they can help you lose weight.

Recipe:

1 serving French Vanilla INVIGOR8 shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1/2 cup of frozen, unsweetened peaches or half of a fresh peach
2-3 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
