Energy-Boosting Spinach Fruit Smoothie

This recipe has iron-rich spinach, and you will be surprised at how good it tastes. With the added goodness of a small amount of fresh fruit and INVIGOR8, you will have more energy and feel better throughout the day.

Recipe:

1 serving French Vanilla or Chocolate INVIGOR8 shake
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1/4 banana
1/4 cup of frozen mixed fruit
Handful fresh spinach

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
