Yummy Banana Blueberry INVIGOR8 Smoothie

Recipe:

1 serving French Vanilla or Triple Chocolate Brownie INVIGOR8 shake (2 scoops)
1 cup water, nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
1/2 fresh or frozen sliced banana
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
2 to 3 ice cubes

Put all of the ingredients into the blender with the ice, blend for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
