I live across the street from the biggest apple tree I have ever seen. My house is two stories and up the hill from the house across the street, and this mighty apple tree stands tall and looks like it has thousands of apples on it. What an amazing harvest of apples from that one tree. No one can reach these apples as most of the branches are too high, but when they fall, all of the animals in the forest delight in the feast.

Apple Spice Smoothie Recipe

Apples come in many different varieties with a wide range in sweetness and tartness. Pick one of your favorite varieties and create an awesome smoothie.

One apple, cubed with core removed
4-6 ice cubes
1 cup water
2 Scoops of your favorite flavor of INVIGOR8
A dash of cinnamon

Toss all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and shake a touch of cinnamon to the top. Sit back, relax and enjoy for breakfast or dessert.
